supper evenings & hospitality events

The Theatre is pleased to present our Hospitality Events and can be booked for most shows.

You and your guests arrive to a sherry reception in the Water Heyes Studio Area. Naturally, your seats will be the very best available, so relax and be entertained by one of our superb productions. During the interval your complimentary drink awaits you on your table.

As the curtain falls and the final applause fades for the evening, a splendid buffet is served for your enjoyment in the pleasant and nostalgic surroundings of the Water Heyes Bar - Now with No Smoking Area.

We cater for a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 guests.

You can book for ANY of the WHOLE SEASON'S shows at ANY time - Except the pantomime.

Pantomime bookings will commence on Monday 6th October 2008.

Our Box Office Counter and Tele-sales Booking is open at the following times:
Weekdays only 7pm - 9pm

(Commencing on the Monday of the week BEFORE the show starts)

POSTAL BOOKINGS are also possible at ANY TIME.
